Our play area is designed for children aged 0–6, with a dedicated baby zone full of age-appropriate sensory toys.

We're open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5pm. Weekends are usually reserved for private hire parties, so weekend play sessions only run when there's no party booked.

Every session is 90 minutes, with full access to our play areas and café. Weekday sessions start at 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm.

We recommend booking online to secure your spot — many weekday visitors book the morning of, or the day before. We always try to welcome walk-ins when there's space.

No — children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while they play.

Sessions start from £6 for a baby, £9.50 for one child and £15 for a child and their sibling. You'll see every ticket and the total before you pay.

Every ticket includes up to 2 accompanying adults for free — so two children on two tickets can bring up to 4 adults. Bringing more? Add an Additional adult ticket (£3.50) for each extra adult when you book.

Yes — enter code WeekDays20 when you book to get 20% off any play session from Monday to Friday.

Yes — Collect all six! Every play session you come to earns an animal stamp (giraffe, monkey, elephant, zebra, leopard). Collect all five and the toucan brings your family a free weekday play session — siblings included — emailed to you automatically and valid for 90 days. Stamps are per family, using the email you book with — your card is in every booking confirmation.

Yes — our café serves proper coffee for the grown-ups, plus drinks and snacks for everyone. Let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements and we'll help.

Not during play sessions: to keep Dreami clean and allergen-aware, no outside food is allowed, except baby food. Private hire parties are different — you're welcome to bring your own food and cake.

Unit 3 (Ground Floor), Oakwood House, 422 Hackney Road, London E2 7SY — opposite Mama Shelter, a 5-minute walk from Cambridge Heath Overground.

There's limited street parking, including council pay-and-display bays around Dreami and behind the Mama Shelter hotel. Check local signs for restrictions and charges, and allow time to find a space.

Yes, we have step-free access and a buggy park inside — but space is limited, so please only bring one if you really need it. A sling or carrier is a great alternative for little ones.

Yes, the café is on one level with step-free access from the street. If you have specific accessibility needs, get in touch before your visit and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.

We follow strict safety routines, including regular cleaning, first-aid trained staff and secure entry and exit points.

Absolutely! Weekends are for parties: you get the whole of Dreami to yourselves, morning (party 10am – 12pm, set-up from 9:30am) or afternoon (party 2pm – 4pm, set-up from 1:30pm). The package is £400, and a £200 deposit secures your date.

The venue holds up to 55 people in total, including a maximum of 20 children. Babies in arms don't count towards this limit.

Yes — bring your own food, non-alcoholic drinks, celebration cake and decorations. Standard balloons are welcome; confetti-filled balloons and bubbles are not. Children's catering is also available at £10.50 per child.

Yes — extensions are £100 per additional hour. Ask us when you book.

The £200 deposit is non-refundable. If you pay the full £400 and cancel for any reason, £200 is deducted and the rest refunded. Changes made more than two weeks ahead are free of charge — contact us about later changes.
