Every play session you come to earns an animal stamp. Collect all five and the toucan is yours — your sixth session is on us. It's all automatic: your card is in every booking email, and your free session arrives by email when the card is full.

Stamps are per family, using the email you book with. The free session is a weekday play session for your family — siblings included, up to the size of your biggest visit on the card — and is valid for 90 days. Paid in person? Ask us at the desk to add your stamp.

- How long is a play session?
- Every session is 90 minutes, with full access to our play areas and café. Weekday sessions start at 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm.
- Is there a weekday discount?
- Yes — enter code WeekDays20 when you book to get 20% off any play session from Monday to Friday.
- Do you have a loyalty card?
- Yes — Collect all six! Every play session earns an animal stamp, and when you've collected all five the toucan brings your family a free weekday session, siblings included. It's automatic: your card is in every booking confirmation.
- Do I need to book far in advance for a weekday?
- Not at all. Many of our weekday visitors book the morning of, or the day before. We recommend booking to secure your spot, but we always try to accommodate walk-ins.
- What ages is Dreami for?
- Our play area is designed for children aged 0–6. Children must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
- Is Dreami suitable for babies on weekdays?
- Absolutely. Weekdays are calmer and less overwhelming than weekends, making them ideal for babies and first-time visitors. We have a dedicated baby zone with age-appropriate sensory toys.
- Can grandparents book on behalf of parents?
- Of course. Anyone can book online on a parent's behalf — and if booking online isn't for you, call us on 07903 830604 or email play@dreami.uk and we'll help reserve a spot.
