Weekends at Dreami are usually reserved for private hire. Each party runs for two hours, and the café is yours 30 minutes beforehand to set up.

A non-refundable £200 deposit holds your date. Changes made more than two weeks ahead are free.

Share guest numbers and catering plans, agree timings and the remaining £200 — then send those invitations.

Party questions, answered
- How long is our party session?
- The £400 package is a two-hour party, plus 30 minutes beforehand to set up: morning parties run 10am–12pm (set-up from 9:30am) and afternoon parties 2pm–4pm (set-up from 1:30pm). Extensions are £100 per additional hour.
- How many guests can we invite?
- The venue holds up to 55 people in total, including a maximum of 20 children. Babies in arms do not count towards this limit.
- Can we bring food, cake and decorations?
- Yes — bring your own food, non-alcoholic drinks, celebration cake and decorations. Standard balloons are welcome; confetti-filled balloons and bubbles are not permitted. Keep food and drinks in the designated party area.
- Can you cater for dietary requirements?
- Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire, so we can discuss suitable options before you order. Children's catering is £10.50 per child, with adult sharing options available separately.
- What are the payment and cancellation terms?
- A £200 deposit is non-refundable. If you pay the full £400 and cancel for any reason, £200 is deducted and the remainder refunded. Booking changes made more than two weeks in advance are free of charge. Contact us about later changes and to confirm payment arrangements.
- Is parking available nearby?
- There are council pay-and-display bays around Dreami and behind the Mama Shelter hotel. Check local signs for current restrictions and charges, and allow time to find a space.
